Our ECOpalletizer offers you an optimal solution, even for high quantities and repetitions. The complete package is flexibly configurable and can be adapted to your requirements and wishes.
With the advanced and intuitive UR user interface in conjunction with the OnRobot URcap (software extension for Universal Robots), palletizing/depalletizing is made child's play.
The UR10e from Universal Robots offers you the necessary reach (1300 mm) and force (12.5 kg) to stack a wide variety of boxes, cartons and KLTs. In order to be able to move even higher stacks of pallets, our solution offers an extended reach with a lifting column from OnRobot, which allows you to drive up to a height of 163 cm above the floor.
The URcap developed by OnRobot to control the 7th axis is naturally included with this solution.

Details on the components of the ECOpalletizer
The 7th axis from OnRobot - the OnRobot Lift100 - lifts the UR10e to a maximum height of 1630 mm. It is controlled by the OnRobot URCap included in the package.
The OnRobot 2FGP20 parallel gripper with layer pad handling via electric vacuum pump directly in the gripper.
